Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and other relevant records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
